Refund policy

At SUTTLE FLEX, we want you to love your purchase!  If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

ELIGIBILITY:

*Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

*Final sale items, gifts cards, and custom orders are non- returnable.

*Items purchased at a discounted rate of 50%off or more are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact Brittany@suttleflexdw.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the items securely and affix the provided shipping label to the package.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping center.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

*Please contact Brittany@suttleflexdw.com if you would like to exchange an item.  We will process the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

International Shipping Policy

We are thrilled to bring Suttle Flex to dancers worldwide! Currently, we offer international shipping to Canada and Australia.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Canada: Standard International shipping is available for a flat rate of $16.95.

• Australia: Standard International shipping is available for a flat rate of $26.95.

• Estimated Delivery: Most international orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days, depending on your local customs processing times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.

• The recipient is responsible for all customs duties and taxes. Suttle Flex does not collect these at checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

• If a package is refused due to customs charges, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

• At this time, all international sales are Final Sale.

• Due to the high cost of international logistics, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United States. We highly recommend checking our size guide thoroughly before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit for your dancer.
